1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a booking request on our website or by renting equipment from Cricket Kit Rental Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your booking.
2. About Us
Cricket Kit Rental Hub is a cricket gear rental service based in New Delhi, operating under the name Cricket Kit Rental Hub. Our address is B-3/184, Dharam Marg, Block B3, Janakpuri, New Delhi, Delhi 110058, India. You can contact us at +91 7555162512 or support@rentalcricketkithub.com.
3. Eligibility
To rent equipment from us:
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- You must provide a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving Licence, or Passport).
- You must provide a valid Indian mobile number and email address.
- You must be located within our service area (Delhi NCR) for delivery.
4. Booking Process
All bookings are subject to availability and our confirmation.
- Submit your booking via our online booking form.
- Our team will call you within 2–3 business hours to confirm your order.
- A payment link will be sent to your registered email address.
- Bookings are only confirmed after full payment is received.
- We reserve the right to reject any booking at our discretion.
5. Rental Fees & Payment
All rental prices are as listed on our website at the time of booking.
- Payment is accepted via UPI/QR Code and online payment gateway only.
- A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 must be paid along with the rental amount.
- A delivery charge of ₹1,000 applies per delivery within Delhi NCR.
- Cricket balls are sold at ₹800 per innings and are not returned.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes where stated.
6. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 is mandatory for all rentals.
- The deposit is collected to cover potential damage, loss, or theft of equipment.
- The full deposit is refunded after equipment is returned in good condition.
- Deductions will be made for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
- If the cost of damage exceeds the deposit, additional charges will apply.
- Deposit refund is processed within 7 working days of return and inspection.
7. Renter's Responsibilities
By renting equipment, you agree to:
- Use the equipment only for its intended purpose — playing cricket.
- Return all equipment in the same condition it was received, accounting for normal use.
- Not sublet, transfer, or lend the equipment to any third party.
- Store equipment safely and protect it from theft, loss or damage.
- Report any pre-existing damage or defect to us immediately upon receipt.
- Return equipment on the agreed return date. Late returns will attract additional daily charges.
8. Equipment Condition
All equipment is inspected, cleaned and checked before each rental. We represent that equipment is in safe, usable condition at the time of delivery. Any defects or damage noticed upon receipt must be reported to us within 2 hours of delivery. Failure to report pre-existing damage may result in the renter being held liable.
9. Damage & Loss Policy
In the event of damage or loss:
- Minor wear and tear from normal cricket use is acceptable and will not be charged.
- Significant damage (broken bat, cracked helmet, torn pads, etc.) will be assessed and repair/replacement cost deducted from the security deposit.
- In case of theft or complete loss of an item, the full replacement cost of that item is chargeable.
- If repair or replacement costs exceed the security deposit, the balance must be paid by the renter within 7 days.
10. Delivery & Collection
Delivery is available within Delhi NCR only, at a charge of ₹1,000 per delivery.
- Delivery timing will be confirmed during the confirmation call.
- A responsible adult must be available to receive the equipment.
- Collection of returned equipment follows the same process and a separate return delivery fee may apply depending on distance.
- We are not liable for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control.
11. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are detailed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is available at /refund.php. In summary:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery are eligible for a full refund (excluding processing fees if applicable).
- Cancellations made 24–48 hours before delivery attract a 25% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery are non-refundable.
- The security deposit is always refundable upon return of equipment in good condition.
12. Limitation of Liability
Cricket Kit Rental Hub is not liable for:
- Any personal injury or accident during use of rented equipment.
- Any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings during the rental period.
- Any indirect, consequential or special damages arising from the rental.
- Equipment failure caused by misuse, negligence or improper storage by the renter.
By renting our equipment, you acknowledge that cricket carries inherent physical risks and you rent and use equipment at your own risk.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or from any rental shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
14. Changes to Terms
Cricket Kit Rental Hub reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be published on our website at www.rentalcricketkithub.com. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
